When you cancel a pre-paid trip, you’ll receive an email to confirm cancellation. The refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.
Our travel site may take up to 24 hours to submit your refund. Once submitted, your bank may take up to 7 days to post the credit to your account. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to see the credit on your statement.
If your credit card statement included a charge from a third party, such as the hotel partner, you will receive your refund from them, not our travel site. If you have questions about your refund, please contact the hotel partner directly.
