How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?

Option 1: Cancel online using our self-service tools:

  • Log into My Trips if you have an account, or search via My Bookings in the header and select (“View Booking”) next to the reservation you want to cancel.

  • Look for a “Cancel” button within your reservation page and read the policies associated with a cancellation. If you’re satisfied with those options, go ahead and click Cancel.

  • You should receive an email confirming when we have canceled your booking. 

Option 2: Cancel online from your confirmation email

  • Go to your booking confirmation email and click on the “Modify your booking” button.

  • Look for a “Cancel” button within your reservation page and read the policies associated with a cancellation. If you’re satisfied with those options, go ahead and click Cancel.

  • You should receive an email confirming when we have canceled your booking. 

Option 3: Contact Customer Care

If you are unable to cancel your hotel using our online tools, please contact Customer Care.
